In nine days from today it will be Christmas Eve.
Take a breath right in the midst of all the time pressures you’re feeling at work, at home, at church and with all the extra things you need to get done during this holy (?) season – all the running around and buying gifts and wrapping gifts, ordering gifts and getting them delivered, writing out cards, decorating the inside and the outside of your home, planning, hosting and attending all kinds of special gatherings. Calm down and take a breath.
Take a deep breath. Take a moment to recognize that the deep breath you just took is a gift from the Living Sovereign God of all Creation. The One who loves all of us beyond measure.

“The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you, in his love he will no longer rebuke you [he will quiet you with his love], he will rejoice over you with singing.” – Zephaniah 3:17

In the love and peace, grace and truth of Jesus Christ, Sylane
